These days it seems every store is carrying a little bit of everything, BBQ's included.
Make sure that the people/person that is selling the BBQ you are considering knows what they are talking about. If they can't tell you much about the BBQ's features or the reputation of the company who made it then you will likely be greeted with similar blank looks when you come back for replacement parts or attempt a warranty claim. As mentioned in Step One, pay particular attention to the warranty on burners and grills and make sure the manufacturers phone no. appears some where in the literature for you to contact if you have any problems.
